All profits raised from Sweet Spring Songs will be split between two very worthy Ballarat community organisations:
Voice FM provides a real alternative to other broadcasters and a unique space for the voices of the Ballarat community. A valuable support for many local artists, sports teams and many varied community organisations, Voice FM is staffed by dedicated volunteers and relies heavily on donations to enable its operations.
Ballarat Refugee and Asylum Seeker Resource Network provides emergency and ongoing community support for people fleeing war and violence. Under the auspices of Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council, the busy volunteers of BRASSN coordinate direct assistance for those most in need, whether via direct funding for food and health care, or via community education and liaison.
Seats are limited and tickets are on sale now. Please book early to avoid disappointment!
To buy tickets, talk to a choir member, call Di on 5331 8508, contact Voice FM or visit our Facebook event here and request tickets.
And by the way – if you’d like to volunteer to help out on the day in a non-singing capacity (selling raffle tickets, helping with plant sales, assisting with set up etc…) please contact us asap. There might just be a free ticket in it for you!
